Anthony Reyes owns Houston Tactical Agency LLC. He has worked Texas security for more than ten years. He formed the LLC on December 12, 2019, and still takes the proposal call. That is the point of a local contractor: the person who quoted the post is the person who answers when a shift breaks.

Officers work under that firm license at the level the post actually needs — Level II unarmed, Level III commissioned armed, or Level IV personal protection. Off-duty police are coordinated separately when a venue or public street needs a peace officer's authority. A Level III holster is not the same thing.

How a post actually gets staffed
Call (713) 805-0208 or send the assignment: site or principal, hours, armed / unarmed / PPO / police, and neighborhood. We match the license to the risk instead of defaulting every lobby to a firearm. We write post orders so "be professional" is not the entire brief. Officers are license-checked before they are scheduled. If a shift calls off, you reach Houston dispatch — not a ticket queue in another state.
Other licensed contractors use us for overflow. Houses of worship and 501(c)(3) nonprofits are billed at a discounted rate. The discount is on the rate, not on whether the officer is licensed.
Insurance is written for the work. Certificates of insurance are a normal part of a proposal when a venue, GC, or property manager asks. We do not publish a fake "starting at" rate. Cost moves with license level, hours, how many officers, and whether the post is one night or a year.
Why the company exists
National branches rotate officers through Houston and route the after-hours call to a remote center. Property managers, event producers, and other licensed firms in this market needed a contractor who still picks up the phone. That is the product: a named post, a license that matches the risk, and a local owner on the same number at 2 a.m.
What we will not do
We will not put a firearm on a commercial lobby because a brochure said armed looks stronger. We will not tell you a Level III officer is a peace officer. We will not promise a start time we cannot staff. If the post is outside the hours we can cover this week, we say so before you sign.
